Job summary

Walden Robotics is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to design the compute and sensing electronics at the core of our robot perception stack. You will own high-performance compute boards, camera interfaces, and multi-gigabit signal routing—from schematic through bring-up to production handoff.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering complex electronics through production.
• Schematic design, multilayer PCB layout, and power regulation experience.
• Experience with high-speed signals and impedance control.
• Familiarity with camera interfaces such as MIPI CSI-2.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver compute and sensing subsystems for humanoid robot.
• Lead high-speed digital design including schematic capture and layout.
• Architect FPGA-based data paths for camera aggregation and preprocessing.
• Own board bring-up, debugging, and SI/EMC validation.
• Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and perception teams across packaging and thermal constraints.
• Drive design from concept to production release with manufacturing and supply chain.
