The RMH Group, a Salas O’Brien Company, seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design for healthcare, life sciences, and commercial projects in Lakewood, CO. You will mentor engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a people-first culture that prioritizes professional growth and engineering excellence.

Required: 10+ years in MEP with healthcare experience, PE preferred, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SKM Power tools, ETAP, Easy Power, and AGI32. Travel up to 5%.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the MEP industry, ideally healthcare experience.
• Professional Engineer Licensure is preferred.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and CAD tools including AutoCAD, Revit, BlueBeam, SKM Power tools, ETAP/Easy Power, and AGI32.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design of electrical systems for healthcare, life sciences, and commercial projects.
• Mentor emerging engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate with project leads, clients, and contractors; conduct site observations and quality control tasks.
