Job summary

The candidate should have a PE license, 10+ years in the AEC industry, and strong mentoring skills to develop junior staff within a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• PE licensure required.
• 10+ years in the AEC industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and documentation of complex electrical systems with minimal oversight.
• Validate and approve key electrical calculations and integrate results into design.
• Resolve system conflicts through interdisciplinary coordination.
• Serve as primary electrical technical contact across project teams.
• Review electrical submittals, RFIs and substitutions; coordinate responses.
