Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead design and documentation of large-scale mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) from concept to construction.
• Validate key mechanical calculations and integrate results into designs.
• Coordinate across architectural and engineering teams to resolve system conflicts.
• Serve as primary mechanical technical contact for project teams.
• Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and coordinate substitutions with the team.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to marketing/future proposals.
