Addium, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for its Pullman, WA team to design, validate, and bring complex electrical systems from concept to production.

You will collaborate across electrical, firmware, embedded, mechanical, and systems teams to deliver reliable, scalable hardware solutions. You will drive EVT/DVT/PVT development, partner with manufacturing, and champion best practices while ensuring products meet technical and market requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 8-10+ years of industry experience.
• Strong PCB design and EMC experience.
• Experience with CE/FCC pre-compliance.
• Familiarity with test equipment.
• Wireless sensor networking knowledge a plus.
• Documentation in Confluence/Jira/PLM.

Responsibilities

• Lead analog/mixed-signal system design and power electronics.
• Own EMC design-for-compliance and coordinate with test labs for CE/FCC prep.
• Collaborate with firmware/embedded and mechanical engineers on interfaces.
• Support wireless subsystem design including Wirepas mesh and LoRa-based architectures.
• Partner with contract manufacturers on DFM/DFT reviews and EVT/DVT/PVT gates.
• Mentor and guide other engineers; foster learning environment.
• Lead new product design through concept to EVT/DVT/PVT gates and into production.
