Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience developing commercial electronic products in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in schematic capture, PCB development, and electronic hardware debugging.
• Experience in digital and analog design, EMI, EMC, ESD protection, grounding, and low-noise techniques.

Responsibilities

• Own the circuit architecture, design, analysis, and validation of complex electronic hardware systems.
• Produce schematics, PCB layout, and production drawings using Altium Designer.
• Drive design-for-manufacturing (DFM), design-for-test (DFT), and design-for-reliability (DFR) throughout the product lifecycle.
• Perform hardware bring-up, troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of signal and power integrity, EMI/EMC/ESD, thermal, and reliability challenges.
• Continuation engineering of the existing product line with manufacturing partners for production transfer and improvement initiatives.
