Job summary

SR2 | Socially Responsible Recruitment | Certified B Corporation™ seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to provide technical leadership on utility-scale projects, including generation, substations, and grid integration across North America.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with EPCs, consultants, contractors, and utilities, covering the full project lifecycle from development to delivery, rather than drawing production.

Qualifications

• Experience in Transmission & Distribution, HV substations, ground grid interconnections, Owner's Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction across large-scale electrical infrastructure projects.
• Review engineering solutions and influence key technical decisions.
• Collaborate with EPCs, consultants, and utilities to deliver complex programmes.
• Support projects through planning, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve technically challenging problems.
