Job summary

You will contribute to process optimization, capital projects, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to deliver reliable electrical infrastructure in support of manufacturing and packaging operations.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in engineering with 2 years of electrical or automation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 4 years of electrical or automation experience.
• Associate’s degree in engineering with 8 years of electrical or automation experience.
• High school diploma / GED and 10 years of electrical or automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced maintenance activities and operate electrical systems per guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and apply predictive technologies to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Design, review, and manage electrical systems with focus on safety, EMC, and power.
• Develop electrical requirements and specifications for manufacturability and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to develop innovative electrical solutions.
