Responsibilities

• Provides guidance on department design guides, standards, and systems.
• Ensures compliance with quality programs and risk management.
• Prepares complex engineering deliverables for multi‑project scopes.
• Develops calculations, manages budgets and schedules, and mentors staff.
• Coordinates with internal/external teams on complex projects.
