Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with emphasis in related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant, job-related experience.
• Master's Degree or equivalent experience is desirable.
• PE license is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform electrical engineering analyses, including arc-flash studies, failure investigations, and power system evaluations.
• Support PPE and flame-resistant clothing evaluations related to electrical safety.
• Utilize LabVIEW and related tools for test data acquisition and analysis.
• Lead field and laboratory testing; prepare technical reports, specifications, and recommendations.
• Apply independent judgment to resolve complex safety-critical issues with high safety impact.
• Plan and lead projects including scope, schedule, and budget; support client proposals.
• Interface with clients to define requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical expertise to stakeholders and represent PG&E in forums as needed.
• Support development and improvement of testing methods and technologies.
