• Review designs for completeness, technical accuracy, and constructability.
• Develop and maintain electrical engineering guidelines and standards.
• Oversee site inspections and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Support contracting and procurement activities related to engineering services.
• Provide technical recommendations for construction issues.
• Evaluate energy-management strategies and life-cycle costs.
