Entech Engineering, a Nashville-based MPE firm, seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design of electrical systems for commercial, healthcare, and institutional projects from concept to construction. You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams, and ensure NEC/code compliance, with opportunities for client engagement and growth in a 100% employee-owned environment.

Competenze

ABET-accredited Electrical Engineering degree required.
5+ years of experience designing electrical systems for commercial or institutional buildings.
Professional Engineer (PE) license; EIT candidates considered with licensure path.
Strong knowledge of NEC, codes, and standards.
Experience producing construction documents and electrical calculations.
Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and electrical design software.

Mansioni

Lead electrical building systems design from schematic through construction documents.
Coordinate with architects and MEP teams to deliver integrated designs.
Perform load calculations, short-circuit analysis, and voltage drop studies.
Ensure compliance with NEC, energy codes, and project standards.
Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs with timely responses.
Mentor junior engineers and support staff on technical issues.
