Fresh Consulting is a design-led, software development and hardware engineering company based in Washington state, delivering embedded product development for embedded devices and connected consumer products. We seek a Senior Electrical Engineer with 10+ years of experience to lead multi-disciplinary teams, define architectures, and oversee hardware-firmware integration in a fast-paced environment.

Our Bellevue, WA offices host collaborative lab work and testing.

Qualifications

Ten+ years of electrical engineering experience.
Experience with rapid prototype hardware development and design iteration.
Schematic capture and PCB layout with Altium experience.
Experience leading small multi-disciplinary teams (4–6 people).
Ability to meet client and regulatory requirements in system architectures.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-disciplinary teams (Electrical, Mechanical, Software) to deliver products on schedule.
Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot prototype designs.
Develop hardware concepts, architectures, and perform detailed design; participate in hardware-firmware integration and system testing.
Engage in design reviews and provide peer feedback.
Mentor Electrical Engineers and Technicians on the team.
