Job summary

Fresh Consulting in Redmond, WA is seeking an Electrical Design Verification Engineer to validate board-level electrical designs and systems. You will create test plans, track coverage, and collaborate with HW/SW engineers to automate data capture and reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in hardware verification, strong C/C++, embedded development, and hands-on lab experience with test equipment. A BS/MS in EE or CS is preferred, with 40-hour weeks and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• EE background with 5+ years of experience as hardware developer and system bring-up/verification/failure analysis.
• Experience with C/C++ and embedded development.
• Knowledge of power delivery, high-speed mixed-signal design, and transmission lines.

Responsibilities

• Validate board-level electrical design and systems.
• Track test coverage, metrics, and bugs.
• Create test plans, procedures, and results.
• Execute and report verification status and results.
• Automate test data capture and reporting with HW/SW engineers.
• Create test scripts and configuration files.
• Participate in design reviews to align test methods.
• Support system bring-up and debugging activities.
