Job summary

True Anomaly is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the design and development of electrical ground support equipment in Laguna Beach, CA. This role involves owning the full lifecycle of EGSE racks, ensuring compliance with military specifications, and driving standardization across engineering programs.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in aerospace hardware engineering with a relevant engineering degree and a salary range of $150,000 to $250,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Excellent benefits are also included.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in EGSE or hardware engineering in aerospace or defense.
• Experience designing and building harnesses including crimping and shielding termination.
• Strong proficiency in electrical test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own design and delivery of EGSE racks and test enclosures.
• Lead harness design to MIL-spec standards.
• Establish standardization across programs.
