Job summary

Trueanomalyinc is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the design and delivery of electrical ground support equipment at its Long Beach, California office. You will own the entire process, from design through to first article build, ensuring robust and standard designs for various projects.

Your responsibilities will include driving the technical direction of EGSE projects, mentoring engineers, and maintaining documentation to ensure continuity. The position requires a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in electrical ground support equipment (EGSE) or hardware engineering.
• Experience designing and building harnesses, including crimping and connector installation.
• Proficiency in both mechanical and electrical design.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of EGSE racks and test enclosures.
• Lead harness design and fabrication to military specifications.
• Establish standardization across programs for component selection.
