Job summary

PD Power Systems, LLC is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer/Designer to design electrical and control systems for power generation and distribution. You’ll work with mechanical engineers to integrate controls, using AutoCAD for schematics and SolidWorks for 3D layouts.

Requires a 4-year EE degree or equivalent with 10+ years of experience, proficiency in PLCs, and willingness to travel up to 20%. Onsite roles in multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 4-year electrical engineering degree or equivalent with work experience.
• 10+ years hands-on electrical and controls design experience.
• Experience with electrical power generation and distribution systems.
• Familiarity with PLCs, control systems, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain electrical schematics, panel diagrams, and wiring drawings in AutoCAD.
• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot PLC systems.
• Source components based on customer specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and suppliers to develop products.
