Ideal candidates have 7+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, and a PE license. This role mentors staff, reviews calculations, and interfaces with clients to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, IBC and local energy codes.
• Experience with design-build projects and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and engineering for multiple projects including power distribution, lighting, and low voltage systems.
• Coordinate with Preconstruction Project Managers, design team, and installation teams during design and construction phases.
• Review and approve electrical calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Communicate with customers to define needs, provide status updates, and present findings.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff.
