Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Deep knowledge of NCR-IADS operational communications architecture.
• Excellent briefing skills for military operators, test communities, and leadership.
• Familiar with SAE EIA-649C and MIL-HDBK-61A.
• U.S. Secret security clearance or eligibility; U.S. citizens only.

Responsibilities

• Document complex SoS architectures, sensors, C2 nodes, and training networks.
• Assess ECPs for operational impact, interoperability risks, and performance.
• Serve as technical liaison between engineering, government leadership, and warfighters.
• Support mission readiness through technical reviews, tests, and readiness assessments.
• Establish and enforce hardware, software, and firmware baselines across variations.
• Lead Configuration Control Board activities and manage configuration risk.
• Conduct Functional and Physical Configuration Audits to verify deliveries.
• Maintain comprehensive technical data repositories and trace changes.
• Travel approximately 10%.
