Kratos Defense & Rockets Support Services, Inc. seeks an Electrical Engineer Mid-Level to support the NCR-IADS Management and Integration Cell (MIC) in the National Capital Region.

The role involves collaboration with the Senior Electrical Engineer and TOL, delivering engineering, technical, and programmatic assistance to USASMDC CoE and the NCR-IADS program. The candidate should grasp the MIC mission, navigate related policies, and respond promptly in a demanding environment while working

Qualifications

• Active security clearance required.
• BA/BS in a technical field; engineering degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Experience contributing to Army/Joint programs and MIC portfolio.
• Understanding of NCR-IADS hardware and system requirements.
• Familiarity with Sentinel Radar FAAD interfaces and related integration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide SETA support to NCR-IADS MIC and integrate with the MIC team and external agencies.
• Collaborate with the Senior Electrical Engineer and TOL to support USASMDC CoE and NCR-IADS program.
• Assist with development/configuration of NCR-IADS unique configurations and information distribution systems.
• Produce event reports and briefings for peers, leadership, and external agencies as required.
