Maverick Power is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and deployment of advanced DC power systems for critical infrastructure. The role focuses on high-efficiency power distribution, batteries, PDUs, and system optimization in data centers, telecom, and renewables.

You will mentor engineers, drive projects end-to-end, and ensure compliance with IEEE/UL/NEC standards while pushing for innovation and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering; master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in DC power systems, 3+ in senior/lead role.
• Experience with data centers, telecom, or renewables.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical, MATLAB, PSpice.

Responsabilités

• Lead design of high-efficiency DC power systems for mission-critical applications.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles from requirements to maintenance.
• Analyze and optimize power systems for energy efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with vendors to select compatible components.
• Create detailed technical documentation and schematics.
• Stay current with DC power trends and contribute to R&D.
