SSOE is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer - Data Centers in the United States (multiple locations including Scottsdale, Phoenix). Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required.
- PE license required; ability to register in additional states.
- 12+ years of experience in electrical engineering facilities design, data center experience required.
- Experience with 400VDC/800VDC/1500VDC distribution systems is required.
- Knowledge of NEC and IEC standards; strong electrical design & power distribution knowledge.
- Experience with Revit.
Responsibilities
- Act as Electrical SME on data center projects, ensuring technical excellence and crafting design solutions.
- Provide expert advisory services in meetings, representing the firm and aligning project strategies.
- Lead planning, development and coordination of medium to large engineering projects; ensure quality and set procedures.
- Mentor and coach less experienced staff and guide team development.
- Travel required.
