Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• 10+ years’ experience in electrical/building services design within data centers.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and BOD design.
• Experience leading projects across RFQ/RFP processes and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Support development teams with RFPs, RFIs, and technical submissions.
• Lead electrical design delivery from concept through to construction.
• Review contractor designs to identify risks, gaps, and non-conformances.
• Specify and evaluate electrical equipment aligned to client requirements.
• Provide technical oversight throughout the design and delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with performance standards and project specifications.
• Contribute to optimisation, efficiency, and continuous improvement post-delivery.
• Manage design coordination, approvals, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support feasibility and due diligence for new developments.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
