Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Senior Staff Electrical Engineer, Electrical Assembly, to oversee the manufacturing and electrical integration of large-scale data center generators and enclosures at onsite facilities in Wisconsin. You will supervise wiring, control panels, and power distribution to ensure safety and quality before shipment.

You will lead a team of electrical assemblers, deliver technical guidance, perform audits, and drive continuous improvement in the assembly process.

Qualifications

• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing and electrical integration of data center generators and enclosures.
• Ensure wiring, control panels and power distribution meet UL 508A and NFPA standards.
• Lead electrical assembly technicians; provide guidance, perform quality audits, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities
