Success Matcher Recruitment is assisting a bold hardware company in Hawthorne, CA, actively seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer who will own the full lifecycle of custom electronics powering high-speed sensing and compute-heavy control systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering. GPA 3.5+ within 5 years of graduation.
• 3–8 years of experience designing and developing complex electrical hardware from scratch.
• Proven background in robotics, aerospace, EVs, or semiconductors.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, integrate and deploy custom electronics for a large-scale autonomous factory platform.
• Own hardware lifecycle from requirements and selection to schematic capture, PCB design, prototyping and productionization.
• Develop high-performance compute backbones for FPGA/ GPU enabled systems with strict timing and throughput.
• Create lab test setups to debug system-level issues and bring designs from bench to field.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software and ML teams in a fast-moving environment.
