Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Electrical Engineer to drive next-generation sensing and monitoring solutions for industrial and utility applications. The role emphasizes robust analog/digital circuit design, embedded systems, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The candidate will work within Qualitrol’s ecosystem, applying AI-driven approaches and SAFe Agile practices to deliver reliable hardware platforms across global manufacturing partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
• 5+ years of hardware design for embedded systems.
• Experience and motivation to use and drive adoption of AI tools.
• Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design, low-noise signal paths, and power management.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus RTU/TCP, LoRa, RS-485).
• Familiarity with sensor integration (temperature, humidity, pressure, optical).
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (Altium Designer preferred).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum framework.

Responsibilities

• Support the entire product implementation cycle from requirements to production.
• Collaborate with hardware architecture, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and program management teams.
• Support advanced technology initiatives to develop next-generation sensors and platforms.
