Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of progressive electrical engineering experience, preferably involving product development.
• Experience with system-level electrical design and PCB design.
• Experience developing prototypes and performing testing, troubleshooting, and system integration.
• Strong understanding of electrical and software design principles.
• Working knowledge of AI and practical applications in engineering or product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to electrical design at the system and PCB level, including prototype development, testing, troubleshooting, and integration.
• Support both new product development and sustaining engineering.
• Translate product requirements into detailed technical solutions.
• Design, build, test, and refine prototypes and demonstration units.
• Develop and test software/firmware for new products and enhancements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to transition designs into production.
• Evaluate existing designs to improve quality, manufacturability, efficiency, reliability, and cost.
• Perform engineering analysis and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and system-level issues.
• Create and maintain engineering specifications, drawings, tests, and records.
• Participate in design reviews and cross-functional discussions.
