Qualifications

• Experience in one or more phases of design, construction, commissioning and operation of utility-scale power generation facilities.
• Owned the electrical design of large-scale power distribution systems end to end, including HV/MV, substations, transformers, and switchgear.
• Strong ability to connect civil scope with electrical and other disciplines and trade-offs.
• Evidence of first principles thinking and willingness to challenge traditional methods.

Responsibilities

• Own electrical design for utility-scale projects end to end, from diagrams to distribution systems.
• Work with product engineering to build and validate automated design capabilities.
• Set quality bar for electrical deliverables and drive rigorous reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to scale engineering workflows and tooling.
