Job summary

West Coast Solutions seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to design, develop, test, and qualify advanced aerospace electronic systems. You will own hardware across the product lifecycle, from concept through production, collaborating with systems, firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical work, problem solving, and delivering high-performance hardware for demanding aerospace applications, with opportunities for leadership and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5–10 years of professional electrical engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in analogue, digital, mixed-signal, and/or power electronics design.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronic hardware.
• Perform circuit analysis, simulation, component selection, and trade studies.
• Develop schematics and support PCB layout activities.
• Design, integrate, test, and troubleshoot complex electronic systems.
• Support hardware through prototype, qualification, and production phases.
• Collaborate with systems, firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers.
• Participate in design reviews and generate technical reports.
