ASML, based in Wilton, Connecticut, seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to own end-to-end design and realization of electrical modules and tools in a multi-disciplinary team. You will lead complex designs, manage interfaces, and drive verification and system integration across product life cycles.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 8+ years of relevant experience, and strong proficiency in EDA tools, PCB design, and V&V activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Master's degree or Doctorate preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, product development, or system integration.
  • Experience with electronic design automation tools and PCB design.
  • Experience with electrical testing, troubleshooting, validation, and verification activities.
  • Experience using Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, circuit simulation tools, and laboratory test equipment.

Based in Wilton, Connecticut, this role gives you the opportunity to solve challenging engineering problems while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across product development, manufacturing, and suppliers. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will take full technical ownership and lead multiple complex designs end-to-end, with a broader view of systemimpactsand crossfunctional dependencies.Contribute to sub-module development and change, oversee functional relationships across domains, and drive solutions through significant technical uncertainty.

Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will contribute to engineering deliverables that scale with job grade, from executing defined tasks and supporting senior engineers to owning complex technical scope, coordinating cross-functional work, and leading program-level outcomes.

  • Support system or product integration by coordinating dependencies, applying configuration management, and enabling smooth project execution.

  • Define and execute validation and test approaches, improve methods and procedures, and ensure qualification evidence supportsreleasereadiness.

  • Estimate effort,planand track work, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver assigned work packages or projects to agreed quality and timelines.

  • Maintainaccuratetechnical documentation, share knowledge through coaching and mentoring as applicable, and follow EHS policies whileidentifyingand mitigating safety risks.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field required.

  • Master's degree or Doctorate in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field preferred.

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, product development, or system integration.

  • Experience with electronic design automation tools and printed circuit board design.

  • Experience with electrical testing, troubleshooting, validation, and verification activities.

  • Experience using technical tools such as Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, circuit simulation tools, and laboratory test equipment.

  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary engineering environment delivering complex technical systems.

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:

Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
