Job summary

ASML is seeking an Electrical Engineer to specify, design, develop, realize, integrate, and test modules in a multi-disciplined team. You will deliver within system specs, cost targets, and schedules, while collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional partners to ensure timely realization of robust solutions.

You will lead complex design work, own module-level areas, and coordinate with engineers, customers, and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience or an MS degree.
  • Experience with EDA tools and PCB design.
  • Experience with electrical testing, troubleshooting, validation, and verification.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, document, and manage requirements with traceability.
  • Conduct research and feasibility studies and translate results into recommendations.

You will lead complex technical design work within your discipline or own a module-level area that requires contributions from multiple engineers.Work autonomously on complex taskswith limited guidance from a mentor. Balance quality withtimelydelivery and interface with suppliers or customers as part of a broader team.

Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will contribute to engineering deliverables that scale with job grade, from executing defined tasks and supporting senior engineers to owning complex technical scope, coordinating cross-functional work, and leading program-level outcomes.

  • Identify, analyze, document, and manage requirements with traceability, and coordinate verification criteria to confirm deliverables meet intent.
  • Conduct research and feasibility studies, document findings, and translate results into recommendations, tradeoffs, and decision inputs.
  • Develop engineering concepts and solutions, make technical choices, and resolve issues to meet functionality, performance, cost, and compliance needs.
  • Define and communicate specifications and high-level designs, align interfaces, and support reviews and approvals to enable quality execution.
  • Support system or product integration by coordinating dependencies, applying configuration management, and enabling smooth project execution.
  • Define and execute validation and test approaches, improve methods and procedures, and ensure qualification evidence supportsreleasereadiness.
  • Estimate effort,planand track work, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver assigned work packages or projects to agreed quality and timelines.
  • Maintainaccuratetechnical documentation, share knowledge through coaching and mentoring as applicable, and follow EHS policies whileidentifyingand mitigating safety risks.
Education and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field required.
  • Minimum of2years of relevant work experienceor a MS degree in a relevant fieldrequired.
  • Experience with electronic design automation tools and printed circuit board design.
  • Experience with electrical testing, troubleshooting, validation, and verification activities.

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:

Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
