We are currently seeking a licensed Electrical Engineer (PE) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about power systems, lighting, and electrical design in the built environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and layout of electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, telecom, etc.) for new construction and renovation projects.
• Prepare construction documents including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Conduct load calculations, short circuit analysis, and coordination studies.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes (NEC, IECC, ASHRAE, local building codes).
• Collaborate with in-house mechanical and plumbing engineers, architects, contractors, and clients.
• Review submittals and respond to RFIs during construction administration.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and designers.
• Manage projects and maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required (must be licensed in [State] or able to obtain within 3 months).
• 5+ years of electrical design experience in MEP consulting or building systems engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; experience with power system software (e.g., SKM, ETAP) is a plus.
