Job summary

ABG Elec Consultants in the United States is seeking a seasoned Project Engineer to oversee end-to-end electrical substation and transmission line construction projects. You will plan, schedule, and monitor activities to ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards, while leading engineers, contractors, and site staff.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of electrical substation construction, transmission line works, and related standards.
• Proven experience in project planning, execution, and resource management.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional language.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office applications.
• Previously worked for the capacity of 220 kv to 400 kv substations.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in electrical substation and transmission line projects.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale infrastructure projects successfully.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
