Are you ready to help power the energy transition and shape a more sustainable future? Hitachi Energy is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our growing Grid & Power Quality Solutions (GPQS) team within the North America Grid Integration Business Unit.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that support the modernization of the power grid, including Flexible AC Transmission Systems (FACTS**)**, power quality solutions, utility transmission infrastructure, and other advanced technologies that improve grid reliability and efficiency.
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering complex engineering projects from concept through commissioning. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, customers, suppliers, contractors, and industry experts to develop innovative solutions that help utilities increase power system capacity while improving stability and reducing environmental impact.
