The Senior Electrical Engineer is responsible for the engineering of complex, standard, and non-standard transmission and distribution substations. The Senior Electrical Engineer plays a crucial role in the development of cutting-edge electrical engineering solutions; they’re a technical leader and mentor who will serve as an advanced-level resource. The ideal candidate will work both independently and in a team environment, utilizing their experience in electrical design and construction of substation, transmission, and distribution projects, working with both utility and primary service customers.
Construction Innovations' facilities and offices are located in Sacramento, CA, and Mather, CA.
A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $142,250.00 - $235,700.00 annually. The actual amount offered within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience, and other relevant job-related factors. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
This role qualifies for a $10k sign-on bonus.
