In this role, you’ll lead the design and development of Rugged Displays, Rugged Computers, and Panel PCs for mission-critical defense applications.

Top 3 Must-Have Skills

• Electrical System Design & Development: Proven experience designing and developing complex electrical systems, especially for rugged or mission-critical applications.
• Circuit Design & PCB Layout: Strong hands-on skills in circuit design and PCB layout, with at least 50% proficiency in PCB development and troubleshooting.
• Analytical & Diagnostic Expertise: Deep understanding of electronics with the ability to debug, diagnose, and resolve issues efficiently across various stages of development.
  
  

️ Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ruggedized electronic systems for defense applications.
• Evaluate electrical components and applications through research and testing.
• Develop and implement electrical testing methods to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to production.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex electronic systems.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (Master’s a plus).
• 8+ years of experience in electrical development (commercial welcome).
• Proficient in circuit design and PCB layout (50%+ knowledge expected).
• Strong understanding of electronics, diagnostics, and debugging.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

Employees are eligible for benefits after 30 days of employment.
