Job summary

Harper Fox Partners is seeking an experienced leader to guide and support six Electrical Designers, providing day-to-day direction, mentoring, workload oversight, and performance support while actively contributing to project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10–15+ years in electrical or MEP engineering with a PE license, strong technical background, and prior leadership; experience in commercial and residential sectors and excellent cross-team communication are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of electrical or MEP engineering experience with a strong technical background.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; leadership experience is desirable.
• Ability to mentor designers, communicate across teams, and adapt to varied project needs.
• Experience in commercial and residential sectors is particularly useful.
