In this role you will be responsible for growing and leading a team of Electrical Engineers focusing on the design and delivery of projects for Education, Healthcare, Commercial and Government facilities.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed Electrical Engineer with 10+ years' experience covering both Design & Project Engineering/Project Management in the AEC/MEP sector.

The role:
* Acting in a client-facing role that will see them representing the business at high-level meetings and industry events
* Growing and leading a team of Electrical Engineers reporting into them
* Supporting with the development of proposals e.g site assessments, calculations
* Preparing project documentation e.g BOMs, costs, SOWs
* Carrying out and leading the production of electrical designs e.g lighting, LV distribution, fire alarms, UPS, emergency power, security systems
* Acting as Project Engineer during key stages of delivery
* Reporting on project progress to all stakeholders

The Person:
* Licensed Electrical Engineer - transfer of licensure from another state is supported
* 10+ years' experience in Electrical Engineering in the AEC/MEP sector
* Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit
* Project management / project engineering experience
* Active driving license
