Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience as an electrical engineer.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, ETAP, or equivalent simulation and modeling tools.
• Hands-on experience with SCADA systems, PLC programming, and industrial automation technologies.
• Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and successful execution of electrical projects.
• Leadership experience managing and mentoring technical teams.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical safety standards, IEC codes, and Saudi regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous approach.
• Strong organizational abilities and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in reading and creating complex electrical drawings and specs.
• PE license or equivalent certification; OSHA/IEC desirable.
• Familiarity with Middle East operations and regional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of electrical system performance and execute root cause analysis on equipment failures, providing efficient and innovative solutions to minimize operational downtime
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems, ensuring full compliance with Saudi Arabian electrical codes, international standards, and local regulations
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for electrical equipment, collaborating with maintenance teams to optimize system reliability and performance
