Insight Global in Fort Wayne, IN seeks an Electrical Systems Program Engineer to act as technical lead across data-center electrical infrastructure, owning issue resolution and coordinating across stakeholders from design through commissioning.

You will represent the owner's interests with contractors, vendors, and internal teams, apply deep engineering expertise, and drive accountability for complex projects delivering reliable power systems.

Qualifications

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Systems Program Engineer to serve as the technical lead and coordination point across multiple stakeholders involved in mission-critical data center electrical infrastructure. This individual will own issue resolution, drive accountability, facilitate cross-functional alignment, and ensure successful execution of complex electrical systems from design through commissioning.

The ideal candidate combines deep electrical engineering expertise with strong project leadership skills and can confidently represent the owner's interests in discussions involving contractors, vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams.

Compensation

$65hr to $90/hr + OT (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.)

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
