Are you an Electrical Engineer who thrives on designing mission-critical hardware with national security impact? We’re partnering with a curated group of venture-backed defense startups across California seeking top electrical talent for cutting-edge roles in:

• High-performance PCB design for UAVs, satellites, and autonomous systems
• RF system development for counter-UAS, radar, and secure communications
• Power electronics and mixed-signal design for aerospace and defense platforms
• Embedded systems for robotics, maritime autonomy, and next-gen propulsion
• Stealth and novel signal-processing architectures
• ...and a few black-box programs we can’t publicly list yet

Must-Haves:

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in PCB design, RF systems, or embedded hardware — or standout project work (internships, labs, side projects, competitions, etc.)
• U.S. Citizenship (due to ITAR) and ability to obtain a security clearance
• Strong bias toward building, testing, and solving real-world engineering challenges
