Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Senior Electrical Engineer for an onsite opportunity in Bloomington, Minnesota. This senior engineering position leads the planning, design and development of tools, machines and accessory products for the HVAC/R market, supporting both new product introduction and improvements to existing designs.

Senior Electrical Engineer provides technical leadership across complex product-development projects, bringing design concepts through production while supporting testing, manufacturing, vendors, engineering documentation and ongoing product improvement. This position leads projects involving multiple engineers, establishes project goals and milestones, mentors other engineers and serves as a subject-matter expert within their area. The role also includes supervisory responsibility for up to two direct reports.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $90,000-$140,000 Per Year
• Individual Compensation Is Determined By Skills, Experience Level And Other Relevant Factors

Schedule

• 4-Day Work Week
• Monday-Thursday
• 10-Hour Days
• Work Hours Fall Between 6:00 AM And 6:00 PM
