Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years of practical work experience in drafting of wiring, electronics, data acquisition systems, or a similar role.
• Due to security requirements, US Citizenship status is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and draft electrical systems and equipment for wind tunnel projects.
• Select hardware and coordinate with vendors based on design specs.
• Release BOMs and drawings, communicating changes to downstream teams.
• Support procurement, production, and installation during assembly and testing.
• Estimate labor and schedules, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Perform remote site field installation, checkout, and as-built updates.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and interns.
