Minimum 8 years in design, proficiency with MicroStation, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, or SmartPlant 3D, and the ability to coordinate across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in design and/or drafting with strong electrical background.
• Proficiency with 3D design software (MicroStation, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, SmartPlant 3D).
• SmartPlant 3D experience preferred and can visualize 3D designs.
• Navisworks used for design reviews and coordination.
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to designers and engineers.
• Review design work and resolve drafting issues with junior staff.
• Develop solutions addressing constructability and design challenges.
• Manage multiple assignments ensuring quality, budget, and schedule.
• Support field teams with design and installation coordination.
• Prepare advanced instrument and control design deliverables.
• Collaborate across disciplines to improve constructability and communication.
• Identify scope changes and implement drawing revisions as needed.
