Qualifications

• ABET‑accredited BS in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of electrical system design experience for industrial or nuclear projects.
• PE license or ability to obtain (preferred).
• Strong communication and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Power System Studies: perform AC/DC calculations using ETAP, including short circuit, voltage drop, arc-flash, motor starting, and relay coordination.
• Procurement & Vendor Support: develop equipment specifications, participate in bid evaluations, manage vendor Q&A tracking.
• Design Development: prepare scoping docs, conduct constructability reviews, design lighting, communications, and security systems.
• Collaboration & Client Interface: coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with clients and implementation personnel.
• Travel: visit client/vendor offices and plant sites for design reviews and coordination.
