EXP is seeking a Senior Electrical Designer/Engineer to join their team in Florida, focusing on exciting projects in Hospitality, Entertainment, and Healthcare sectors. Candidates should have over 7 years of electrical design experience and strong Revit MEP proficiency. This role involves leading design efforts, mentoring team members, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical design experience in building systems.
• Engineering Degree (BS Architectural Engineering, or BS Electrical Engineering, or equivalent degree).
• PE license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical Revit design efforts from concept through construction.
• Mentor junior team members and help elevate team performance.
• Partner with project managers to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors in meetings and on-site.
• Review drawings, RFIs, and submittals to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Solve complex design challenges and contribute innovative ideas.
• Present technical solutions and build strong client relationships.
