PrideNow in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design for diverse building and infrastructure projects. You will take on technical leadership, guide junior engineers, and coordinate with architects and MEP teams on schedules and budgets.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 5–15 years of design experience, and a PE license or pursuit plan. Strong knowledge of NEC/IBC/IECC and client communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–15 years of electrical engineering/design experience.
• PE license required or ability to pursue one.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, IBC, IECC and related codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, and educational projects.
• Design and evaluate power distribution, grounding, lighting, controls, fire alarm systems, and electrical equipment.
• Manage electrical project components, including schedules, budgets, client communication, and coordination.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
• Coordinate with architects, civil/MEP engineers, project managers, and clients.
• Ensure designs comply with NEC, IBC, IECC, NFPA, and other applicable codes.
• Perform quality control reviews of drawings and specifications.
• Conduct field investigations and site visits as needed.
