Job summary

CMBlu Energy AG is seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to lead the development of its innovative Organic SolidFlow battery technology. Responsibilities include defining electrical requirements and performing complex calculations to support the energy storage system design.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, extensive experience in high-voltage systems, and strong knowledge of IEC, EN, and VDE standards. Work partially remotely is an option.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in high-voltage electrical systems or comparable applications.
• Strong knowledge of relevant standards (IEC, EN, VDE).
• Experience defining technical requirements and validation plans.

Responsibilities

• Define electrical requirements for components in energy storage systems.
• Perform electrical calculations including cable sizing and thermal loading.
• Support customer projects and participate in design reviews.
