Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience designing electrical systems for buildings.
• Strong knowledge of building electrical systems, energy usage, and electrical design principles.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Thorough understanding of NEC and NFPA codes and standards.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• PE license is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design for building projects, ensuring technical accuracy, safety, and code compliance.
• Perform NEC/NFPA code reviews and research.
• Review construction progress and respond to RFIs and other administration items.
• Coordinate designs with clients, architects, and project managers.
• Develop construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Provide technical support during construction and field-related issues.
