What You'll Do as the Senior Electrical Design Engineer:

Design and oversee electrical power distribution systems for industrial and agricultural facilities such as grain terminals and processing plants

Serve as a technical lead on projects, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery

Mentor and develop junior engineers and EITs, helping elevate team capability

Collaborate directly with clients, providing clear communication and trusted expertise

Contribute to process improvements as the company scales and evolves

Support business growth by helping evaluate and prioritize incoming project opportunities

Must-Haves as the Senior Electrical Design Engineer:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE required)

8-12 years of experience in electrical design, with a focus on power distribution

Professional Engineer (PE) license or actively working toward licensure

Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and team members

High emotional intelligence and a collaborative, approachable working style

Ability to work effectively in an in-office environment within a small, close-knit community
